Reiki Level 1 is an introduction to the healing techniques and uses of Reiki. Within this four hour class, you will learn the origins and History of Reiki, the Reiki Principles, how to scan the aura, how to clear your energy, hand positions used in Reiki sessions with yourself and others, how to use Reiki for self-healing and how to use Reiki to treat family, friends, animals and plants. 

You will receive a Level 1 Reiki Attunement that will activate the flow of Reiki energy through the palm of your hands. You will practice giving a Full Reiki Healing session and also receive one. 

You will receive a Level 1 Reiki Certificate from the International Association of Reiki Professionals upon completion.

Reiki Level 1 Class and Attunement is available virtually. You will receive a Level 1 Reiki Certificate from the International Association of Reiki Professionals in the mail upon completion.
